DILLON – Tony Alexander Smith, 26, passed away October 21, 2019.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, October 24, 2019, at 2:00 p.m. at Kannaday Funeral Home Chapel in Dillon with Pastor Lisa Diaz officiating. Burial will follow in Resthaven Cemetery in Latta, SC.
Visitation was held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 23, 2019, at Kannaday Funeral Home.
Tony was born November 6, 1992, in Florence, SC, the son of Robert Lee Smith, Jr. and Margaret Cook Smith. He was of the Holiness faith. Tony began selling newspapers with The Dillon Herald when he was just twelve years of age and continued until his passing. Tony was briefly employed by Zaxby’s in Dillon.
He is survived by his parents and brothers, Robert Lee Smith lll (Stephanie), Johnny Ray Smith (Mary) and Robbie Lee Smith, all of Dillon, SC. Tony also leaves behind to cherish his memory, three nieces, two nephews and many aunts and uncles.
