Congratulations to Lake View High School’s Josie Miller for being selected as a state winner of the 2018-2019 Letters About Literature Contest. The essay contest was sponsored earlier this year by members of the South Carolina State Library. All state winners will be recognized during a luncheon held at the South Carolina State Library on May 8, where they will each receive a plaque and monetary reward. Her letter will now be entered into the national round of judging, where it could win prize money up to $2000. (Contributed Photo)
