Tangie McFee Making Significant Contributions To Clemson University Shotgun Team

Tangie McFee, a 2018 graduate of Latta High School and current Clemson University freshman, has made significant contributions to the Clemson University Shotgun Team.

At a regional college competition in Jacksonville Florida, Tangie won awards in several different events and helped the team to a 4th place finish overall. There were 11 different colleges competing in the events over a 2 day shoot.
Clemson came in first in the sporting clays event. Tangie helped with that win by placing 3rd highest woman in the sporting clays.
Tangie also came in 3rd in the women’s skeet,3rd in Women’s trap, and 5th in women’s wobble trap. With all scores combined from the 4 events Tangie was 1st place in the women’s division.
Walker Brumble, of Latta, is also on the Clemson Shotgun team and he and Tangie will be travelling to San Antonio, Texas to compete in the College Shotgun National competition the last week in March.
