DILLON – Nellie Beatrice Harrelson, 83, died Wednesday, April 3, 2019, surrounded by her family at home. Funeral services will be held Saturday, April 6, 2019, at 2:00 p.m. at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church with Rev. Bert Petty, officiating.
Entombment will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery. Visitation will be held Friday, April 5, 2019 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Kannaday Funeral Home in Dillon, SC.
Beatrice was born in Loris, South Carolina, February 7, 1936, the daughter of the late William Jessie and Sally Mae Carroll Mincey.
She worked at Burlington for thirty-one years and later retired from Wix after twenty-one years. Mrs. Harrelson was a member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church.
She is survived by her sons, Terry Harrelson (Debra Chavis) and Sheryl Harrelson; daughter, Jeannie Hunter; grandchildren, Terra Harrelson, Terry D. Harrelson, Jennifer Collins, Ashley Kraieski, Brooks Harrelson, Jason Harrelson, Britteny Ard (Todd), Ryan Littles, and Chasedy Hunter; nine great-grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren.
