Wild Gators Lose To Loris Lions

The Lake View Wild Gators varsity boys lost to the visiting Loris Lions 67-49 on Friday, January 4.
The Wild Gators lead 14-9 after the first quarter and continued to lead until 2 minutes and 10 seconds before the half. Until the half, the score changed.
By halftime, Loris held a 2-point lead, 25-23. After 3 quarters of play, Loris was up by 8 points, 47-39.
Loris committed only 2 fouls in the first half while Lake View committed 6. Lake View committed 3 fouls in the third quarter while Loris committed 6.
Lake View’s Tieray Blue scored a team-high 16 points while Ja’Montrell Waters added 8 points, and Marquise Johnson added 6 points. DJ Bethea contributed 5 points, and Larry Inman had 4 points. Fred Reaves and Jiqyle Reaves each scored 2 points.
