Paul Allen Hayes, 80, died Thursday, September 27, 2018 at the Carolina’s Hospital System.
Services were held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, September 29, 2018 at Cooper Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Greenlawn Cemetery. Visitation was held 10:00-11:00 a.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.
Born in Dillon, SC, July 4, 1938, he was the son of the late Humbert Hayes and Leila McDowell Hayes.
Survivors include his daughter, Tammy Parker of Dillon; close friend, Connie Berry of Dillon; nieces and nephews of Dillon, SC and Aurora, IL.
Mr. Hayes was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Jean Hayes; daughter, Crystal Dawn Hayes; grandparents, Henry Duncan McDowell and Johnanna Braboy McDowell; brothers and sisters, Clyde Hayes, Tommy Hayes, Carol Hayes, Lafon Hayes, Annie Ruth Owens, Shirley Wilkerson, Walter Hayes, and JoAnn H. Cassidy.
