A person on a bicycle was killed on August 28 approximately 12:25 a.m. in Dillon County on Lockemy Highway (S.C. Highway 57) near Hope Court.
The Highway Patrol is seeking a dark colored Ford Fusion, possibly 2006-2009, with damage to the driver’s side.
