Mrs. Pauline Herring, 74, passed away at her daughter’s residence, on Wednesday, August 1, 2018, with her loving family by her side, after an illness.
Born in Marion County, SC, on November 6, 1943, she was the daughter of the late Fulton Lupo and Nettie Lee Mishue Lupo. She was a member of Dothan Baptist Church and the Ladies Sunday School Class and was the widow of the late Delmea Herring. Mrs. Pauline will be remembered as a loving mother, who took pride in taking care of her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She is survived by her children, Jennie Cook (Joey) of Dillon, Thomas Glenn Herring of Nichols, Betty Sue Mincey (Victor) of Dillon, Ronald R. Herring (Brenda) of Dillon, Donald Dale Herring (Donna) of Latta and Roger Wayne Herring of Dillon; a sister, Patsy Caulder (Sam) of Lake View; 9 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren and by her loving church family.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 P.M. on Saturday, August 4, 2018 at Dothan Baptist Church with burial following in Greenlawn Cemetery directed by Cooper Funeral Home. Visitation will be held from 7-9 PM on Friday at Cooper Funeral Home.
Mrs. Pauline was preceded in death by her parents and husband listed above; and by a sister, Barbara Caddell and a brother Brian Lupo.
