Bebee Grantham Poston, 55, passed away peacefully on Friday, June 15, 2018 at McLeod Regional Medical Center in Florence.
Funeral services were held 5:00 p.m. on Monday, June 18, 2018 at Bear Swamp Baptist Church with burial in the church cemetery directed by Cooper Funeral Home. Visitation was 3:00-5:00 p.m. prior to the service at the church.
Born in Robeson County, NC, June 13, 1963, she was the daughter of Linda Page Hyatt and the late Wyves Grantham. Bebee was a member of Bear Swamp Baptist Church. She earned an Associates Degree in Criminal Justice from Southeastern Community College (Whiteville, NC) and was a certified Surgical Tech having worked for the former Marion-Mullins Memorial Hospital. Her last employment was with her family business, The Hyatt Realty Company where she worked as a licensed realtor. She loved to fish, dance, and talk, and was a loving mother who loved to spend time with her kids and grand kids.
Survivors include her mother, Linda P. Hyatt of Dillon; children, Brandy Gene Cook , and Linda Kate Cook both of Dillon, and Anna Dakota Poston of Lake View; step-sons, Harry Kenny Cook, Jr. (Tara) of Dillon and Joshua Ryan Poston of Hartsville; brother, Wyves Page Grantham (Elizabeth) of Fairmont, NC; step-sisters, Jacqueline Gardner (Ricky) of Little Rock and Sherrie Hyatt Haithcock of Dillon; grandkids, Kenlee Campbell, Jacoby Graves, Anna & Liam Sellers, and Kodie Dean; several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father, Wyves Grantham; and step-father, Larry Hyatt.
