The Yellow Jessamine Garden Club had 5 members that attended the Garden Club of South Carolina’s 88th State Meeting on Thursday, April 26, 2018 at the Embassy Suites by Hilton in Columbia, S.C.
Several special guests that were present were SAR Director-Judy Barnes, South Carolina First Lady Peggy McMaster, Dr. Patrick McMillan of Expeditions with Patrick McMillan, Matt Johnson, Audubon Director of Bird Conservation & Engagement, and President Donna Donnelly and Staff.
The Yellow Jessamine Garden Club was honored to win 14 GCSC awards for the 2017-2018 year and be seated at one of the prestigious Honor Tables. This event was a huge success and special appreciation to all who made this state meeting victorious.
The Yellow Jessamine Garden Club is a member of the National Garden Clubs, Inc., South Atlantic Region, The Garden Club of South Carolina, Inc., and Coastal District of Garden Club of South Carolina.
