Sedrick Hayes of Dillon, has been charged with Attempted Murder for the shooting that occurred in Little Rock on Thursday, March 22, 2018, according to Captain Cliff Arnette of the Dillon County Sheriff’s Office, Hayes turned himself in to authorities on Monday and is currently in custody at the Dillon County Detention Center awaiting a bond hearing.
