Cynthia Arnette

Mrs. Cynthia Lynn Webster Arnette, 61, passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 24, 2018 at McLeod Regional Medical Center in Florence, surrounded by her loving family, after a sudden illness.
Born in Dillon County, SC, on January 17, 1957, she was a daughter of Vernon Leon Webster and the late Pauline Arnette Webster. She earned an Associate’s Degree in Secretarial Science from Florence-Darlington Technical College, was a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church and was a homemaker. She was an animal lover, who enjoyed crafting, vacationing at the family beach home, fellowshipping with her family & friends and her church family that she dearly loved.
She is survived by her loving husband of almost 34 years, Howard Laneau Arnette, Jr., of their home; her father, Vernon Leon Webster of Dillon; a brother, Terry (Jo Alice) Webster of Dillon; a nephew, Joey Webster; a niece, Andria Webster; great-niece, Gabrielle Kirvin; an aunt, Maxine (Troy) Price of Hamer; uncles, Wilmer (Brenda) Arnette of Dillon, O.C. Webster of Dillon, and Willie (Marie) Webster of Dillon; sisters-in-law, Jane (Ken) Emerson of Hamer and Jean (Ansel) Moody of Dillon.
Funeral services were held 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 27, 2018 at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church with burial following in Greenlawn Cemetery directed by Cooper Funeral Home. The family received friends from 1:30 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. prior to the service at the church.
Mrs. Arnette was preceded in death by her mother, Pauline Arnette Webster listed above.
