Former Lake View football player Darius Leonard was selected the Most Valuable Defensive Player in the Senior Bowl. The Senior Bowl selects the top college football players in the nation including Heisman Trophy winner Baker Mayfield. Darius made 14 tackles in the Senior Bowl game. He was a 2012 All-State football player at Lake View High School. Darius is training in Florida for the N.F.L. football draft.
