Mr. Michael Murphy passed away on December 15, 2017 in Blythewood, SC. Services were held Friday, December 22, 2017 at St Matthew AME Church in Hamer, SC with burial in the church cemetery. Friends may call at the home of his sister, 2738 Highway 301 North- Hamer, SC. A public viewing was held December 21, 2017 at the Elder Kevin T. Thomas Memorial Chapel of The House of Thomas Funeral Home. This is another service by the professionals of the House of Thomas Funeral Home of Dillon.

Funeral services for Mrs. Minnie Lee Jones were Saturday, December 23, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at St Matthew AME Church in Hamer, South Carolina. Burial followed in the Church Cemetery. Ms. Jones died on Tuesday, December 19, 2017 in McLeod Regional Medical Center in Dillon, SC. Bartell Funeral Home, LLC of Dillon was in charge of these arrangements.

Mrs. Ruby Elease Clark Hood, 63, passed away peacefully on Sunday, December 31, 2017 at McLeod Regional Medical Center in Florence surrounded by her loving and devoted family.
Memorial Services will be held 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 4, 2018 at Cooper Funeral Home Chapel officiated by Rev. Carl Freeman. Visitation will be held from 2:00-400 p.m.. prior to the service at the funeral home.
