Dillon Falls To South Florence

After 4 scoreless innings of baseball action, the South Florence Bruins connected for 4 runs in the top of the fifth inning to hand Dillon a 4-1 loss in Dillon.
The Wildcats managed to score a run in the bottom of the sixth inning.
South Florence did not commit an error in the game while Dillon only had 1 error.
Adam Graham pitched 5 innings to take the win. He allowed 3 hits, a run, walked 1, and struck out 5.
Tristan Brigman took the loss for the Wildcats. He pitched 3 and one-third innings. He allowed 7 hits, 2 runs of which both were earned, walked 1, and struck out 4.
South Florence’s Austin Moore connected for 2 hits including a  home run and picked up 2 rbi in his 4 trips to the plate. Adam Graham also picked up 2 hits including a double in his 4 at bats. while Austin Blakely went 2 for 3 at the plate.
Dillon’s Tramele McKoy connected for 1 hit in 2 at bats while Noah Carter and Ladarious Wilson each garnered a hit in 3 at bats.
The Dillon Wildcats will travel to play Waccamaw at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 14.
