Dillon County Councilmen Take Oath, Chairman Elected

 PASSING OF THE GAVEL—2016 Dillon County Council Chairman T.F. “Buzzy” Finklea, Jr., passes the gavel to Robert Archie Scott, who was elected as the 2017 Chairman in a 4-3 vote on Tuesday. Finklea congratulated Scott and said he was very qualified and would make a good chairman. Councilman Stevie Grice was elected as vice-chairman.
