A Dillon officer hit another vehicle on Highway 301 North in Dillon in front of Urgent Care and wrecked on Saturday afternoon while heading to a wreck call. The vehicle landed on the curb in front of the Urgent Care building. The officer is reported to be okay. The Highway Patrol is investigating the wreck.
