Late Wednesday afternoon, the Boy Scouts, the leaders of the Boy Scouts, and American Legion member Levern Hayes and his grandson, C. J. Bailey, placed American flags on the veterans graves at the Greenlawn Cemetery.
American flags were placed only on the graves that had a marker denoting a veteran.
If you have a loved one who does not have a marker, simply contact your local Veterans officer Jerry Huggins.
It will take only a few moments to have one ordered for the next observation to ensure that your loved one is recognized.
