The Dillon Christian School Warriors moved to 8-0 on the season with a 26-3 region win over the Carolina Academy Bobcats Friday night in Dillon.

The Warrior defense held the Bobcats to a single field goal. Although the Bobcats were not undefeated like the Warriors they were undefeated in region play with first place in the region at stake in this game.
The Bobcats may have the best offensive line the Warriors have faced all season and the two teams could meet again in the playoffs.
The Warriors got their first touchdown on a 28-yard pass from Michael Minges to wide receiver Jackson Wolfe with 9:57 left in the first quarter. Gage Bazemore added the point after kick to put the Warriors up 7-0.

The hard hitting defensive battle continued in the third quarter until the Warriors put together a drive on their third possession on offense that ended with running back Diaz Alexander crossing the goal line from three yards out.
Bazemore’s point after kick increased the Warrior lead to 20-3 with 4:20 left in the third quarter with the quarter ending with this score.
The Warriors put the game away in the fourth quarter when Minges again found Price open for a 29-yard touchdown pass with 6:06 left in the quarter.
