I have not yet tried this recipe but am told it is good.
Cheesecake Bars
1 box white cake mix
1 stick butter, softened
1 egg
Mix these ingredients. Will be crumbly. Press into 9 x 13 metal baking pan. Combine the next three ingredients and beat until smooth.
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
1 pound powdered sugar
Pour over cake mix layer. Bake 40 minutes at 325 degrees. Cool and cut into bars.
