The Pilot Club of Dillon had their meeting, Thursday, January 22 at The City of Dillon Fire Dept. Several items of business and projects were discussed. A retirement party was given for Francis Shillingburg. Francis started her career in 1993 with the Probation, Parole and Pardon Services as an Administrative Assistant in the Dillon County Office. She became an agent in September 2000 in Darlington County and then went on to be a Team Leader in 2006 in Florence County. She retired in January 1, 2015. She was employed 21 years with this agency. A baby shower was given for Ashley Webster. She received some beautiful gifts for her soon-to-be baby girl. Ashley’s mom, Terri Turner, also came down from Chicago to join us for the shower. The wonderful meal was provided by Vicki Simerly.
