Bad Alibi And Jet Lag Jones To Perform At Ellis Center

On Saturday night, March 7, the usually quiet town of Latta will open the doors of the Ellis Performing Arts Center to a battle of two well-known and respected South Carolina bands, Bad Alibi and Jet Lag Jones
Bad Alibi is billed as a country/rock band; however, they perform everything from George Jones to Five Finger Death Punch.  Originated in the Pee Dee area, they have been bringing their band of entertainment to venues all over the east coast from the Virginia line to the Georgia line.
Jet Lag Jones audiences are both entertained and liberated by this group who is equipped with a diverse long list full of transcendent sparks from both classic and modern rock eras.  This band, from the Columbia area, has been together over seven years, has shared a stage over 200 times, and enjoys booking in South Carolina’s finest venues, events, and festivals.
Dr. John Kirby , Latta Schools Superintendent remarked, “Our    community is so delighted to once again have local talent showcase musical and vocal skills in a show at our EPAC.  Terry, of Bad Alibi and Jay, of Jet Lag Jones, are former graduates of Latta High School, and we are very much looking forward to their performances this Saturday.  They are both honored to entertain our community and are looking forward to providing everyone a night of fun and relaxation.”
