The Town of Latta kicked off the Christmas season with their annual Christmas parade. The grand marshal was Harold Snipes, Latta Rotary Club Citizen of the Year. A special car was placed in the parade in memory of Charles Snipes, who directed the parade for many years. Here are the photos by Betsy Finklea/The Dillon Herald:
