Kemper Baptist Church celebrated Homecoming Sunday, October 19. The Homecoming Worship Service began at 10:30 a.m. Pastor Haywood Proctor welcomed everyone and made the announcements to the packed house, which included past and present members and visitors. The sanctuary and the fellowship hall were beautifully decorated with fall items. After the service, everyone enjoyed a delicious meal and fellowship.
The gospel group, “Back Home,” provided special music and performed many gospel songs to everyone’s delight.
The Homecoming activities continued at 6:00 p.m. with a Sunday night singing featuring many of Kemper Baptist Church’s family Kemper Baptist Church is located at 731 Kemper Church Road, Lake View, SC.
Everyone is invited to the Kemper Camp meeting, Oct 26-28, 2014. Sunday night service begins at 6 p.m. and Monday and Tuesday nights at 7 p.m.
