An appointment was made to the Dillon County Library Board to replace Bill Lee, who resigned from the board, at a recent Dillon County Council meeting. Councilman Harold Moody commended Lee on an excellent job while serving on the board. Moody made a motion to appoint Shirley Jolley. Councilman Joe Johnson seconded the motion. All were in favor.
Two reappointments were made to the Dillon County Library Board at a recent meeting of the Dillon County Council. Don Lewis and Betty Jean Aston were reappointed. The motion was made by Councilman T.F. “Buzzy” Finklea, Jr. and seconded by Councilman Archie Scott. The motion was approved.
