Lake View hosted Timmonsville on Friday, November 22, for the Class A, Division II lower state championship. Lake View fell 56-14 as the Whirlwinds advanced to the state championship. Timmonsville will face Hunter-Kinard-Tyler this Friday, November 29, at Benedict College in Columbia.
