Virginia McKenzie Cannon, 71, died Thursday, October 31, 2013 at her residence.
Funeral services will be held 3:00 p.m. Sunday at Second Baptist Church with burial in Greenlawn Cemetery directed by Cooper Funeral Home. Visitation will be held 7-8 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
Born in Dillon, SC, April 9, 1942, she was the daughter of the late Walley McKenzie and Dora Jackson McKenzie. She was a member of Second Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband, James “J.D.” Cannon of Dillon; children, Michael Gary Lee of Greer, SC, Tara Bell of Mauldin, SC, and James Greg Cannon of Greenville; 2 grandchildren, Rachel McKenzie Lee and Joshua Lee; brothers and sisters, Harry McKenzie, Larry McKenzie, Linda Hyatt, Buddy McKenzie, Teresa Cook, and Harold McKenzie.
