Louise Gasque Altman, 91, of Mullins passed away Monday, September 30, 2013, at Mullins Nursing Center. She was born November 9, 1921, in Marion County to the late William Harrell and Maggie Clark Gasque. She was a member of Mullins First Baptist Church. She was predeceased by her husband, Houston Altman and her brothers Ernest, Charlie, Troy, Hugh, and Boyd Gasque. She is survived by a son, William J. (W.J.) Atman and wife Jeanette of Dillon; a daughter, Dianne A. Gibson and husband Joe of Florence; two grandchildren, Janet Altman Byrd (Berry) of Latta and Tracy Anderson (Terry) of Rowland, NC; four great-grandchildren, Brooke and Sarah Paschal and Connor and Leah Anderson. She was cared for lovingly by her niece Sylvia G. Martin. Funeral services were held October 2, 2013. Memorials may be made to Mullins Nursing Center, Attention: Sheri Fleming or to Gideons International, Marion Camp.
