Tracy Woodard passed away July 18, 2013. Mr. Woodard was born January 1, 1950 in Dillon, SC, a son of the late Howard and Dora Moore Woodard. Mr. Woodard is survived by his sister, Doris Martin; brother, Rufus Woodard,; and his children, Crystal, Michael, Candy, and Devan.
