Eta Iota Sigma Chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. Founder’s Day To Be Observed

The Eta Iota Sigma Chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. will celebrate the 99th “Founder’s Day” on January 27, 2013 at the St. John Missionary Baptist Church, 215 Covington St., Latta, SC at 4 p.m.
The guest speaker will be Rev. Jonathan Mason, International First Vice President of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc.
Rev. Mason is a native of Abington, Pennsylvania. He is a graduate of Norfolk State University, Norfolk, VA. He is currently the director of sales for 77 WABC Radio and WABC Syndication in New York City. He has served as a past International Director of Social Action for Phi Beta Sigma and founded “Sigmas Waging War Against Cancer,” a national partnership with the American Cancer Society.
He is an ordained Baptist minister serving as an associate minister at the New Hope Baptist Church of East Orange, New Jersey, and as an assistant pastor of the Northeast Baptist Church in Philadelphia, PA.
He is married to Mrs. Dionis Hussey Mason and is the father of Jonathan Andrew, Jr. and Jackson Alexander. The family resides in East Orange, NJ.
