Services for Peggy Turner Williams will be held 3:00 p.m. Friday at Cooper Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be held 1-3 p.m. prior to the service.
Mrs. Williams, 72, died Tuesday, November 27, 2012 at Marlboro Park Hospital in Bennettsville.
Born in Dillon County, SC, February 2, 1940, she was the daughter of the late Hensley Turner and Viola Blackmon Turner.
She was a member of Word of Life Pentecostal Holiness Church in Bamberg, and was a homemaker.
Survivors include her daughter, Cathy (Larry) Norton of McColl; son, Chris (Charlotte) Webster of McColl; grandchildren, Kevin Norton, Tabitha Cottingham, Jon Michael Norton, Michael Webster, Josh Webster, and Bryan Webster; great-grandchildren, Dustin Norton, Harleigh Cottingham, Addison Cottingham, Howard Scott, Eric Scott, Zachary Norton, Kevin Norton, Jr., Madison Norton, Kailey Norton, Hunter Norton, Michael Adden Webster, and Allie Grace Webster; sisters, Josephine Johnson of Mullins, Betty Vick of Cheraw, and Brenda Hulon of North Myrtle Beach.
Mrs. Williams was preceded in death by her husband, John Wesley Williams; and her sisters, Katheleen Sonyers and Othaleen Davis.
