William Franklin Kelley, age 79. 1845 Oakland Road, died on Monday, September 10. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 11, 2012 at 3 p.m. at New Bethel Holiness Methodist Church, Fairmont. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation is from 1:30-3 p.m. at the church.
