Jack C. Lee, 88, died Sunday, August 26, 2012, at the Pines Nursing Home in Dillon.
Born in Dillon County on October 9, 1923 he was the son of E.P. Lee and Kate Elkins Lee. He was a member of the Kentyre Presbyterian Church. He was the retired Postmaster at the Hamer Post Office.
Survivors include his wife Helen F. Lee of Dillon , son Ron C. Lee of Hamer and daughter Luanne Bozard of Dillon, three grandhildren and one great grand child, brothers Bill and Frank Lee of Hamer, and sister Betty Jean Hunsinger of Latta.
Mr. Lee was preceded in death by his son John Gary Lee Memorials can be made to Kentyre Presbyterian Church in Hamer, SC
Graveside servies will be held on Tuesday, August 28 at 11:00 am at Evergreen Cemetery directed by Cooper Funeral Home. The family will receive guests following the service at 304 East Monroe Street, Dillon.
