Players from Lake View and Latta have been named All-State Football for Region 8A.
Lake View had four players on the list, including Kenneth Turner, Jason Locklear, Adam Ford, and Darius Leonard.
Latta’s Donell Stanley represented the Vikings on the list.
Schools in the Region include Carver’s Bay, Creek Bridge, Green Sea-Floyds, Hemingway, and Johnsonville as well as Lake View and Latta.
Hemingway had five players named to the list, including Jabril Soloman, LaMichael Pushia, Javatae Selph, Anthony McCormick, and J.D. Williams.
De’Shawun Aiken, Desmond Sumpter, Martinias Hudson, and Jimel Williamson were named to the list from Carver’s Bay. Johnsonville also had three representatives in Tushai Edwards, Frankie Williams, and Austin Williams.
Jimel Williamson of Creek Bridge and Devarus Spain of Green Sea-Floyds were also named All-State.
