Rosie Mae Tyler Snead

Services for Rosie Mae Tyler Snead will be held 3:00 p.m. Thursday in Cooper Funeral Home Chapel with entombment in Evergreen Cemetery Mausoleum. Visitation will be held 7-9 p.m. Wednesday in Cooper Funeral Home.
Mrs. Snead, 57, died Tuesday, August 30, 2011 at McLeod Regional Medical Center in Florence.
Born in Dillon County, February 15, 1954, she was the daughter of the late Cameron Tyler and Louise Sasser Tyler. She attended Mt. Zion Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband, John Snead of Dillon; children, Lisa Snead, and John Snead, Jr., both of Dillon, and Chris Blackmon of Dillon; grandchildren, Ryan Martin, Alexis Martin, and Kelsey Snead; brothers, Walter Tyler, and Lawrence Tyler, both of Dillon, and Cameron Tyler of Latta; sisters, Betty Blackmon and Heidi Moore, both of Dillon, and Tammy Lovelace of Darlington.
Mrs. Snead was preceded in death by her sister, Margaret Ann Williamson; and her brother, William Morrison Tyler.
