Benefit Tournament to be Held June 18

A ball tournament to benefit the Dillon County Free Medical Clinic will be held on June 18th beginning at 8 a.m. at Academy Street Park in Latta. The tournament will feature 11- and 12-year-old softball, 9- and 10-year-old softball, 8 and under softball, and 8 and under baseball.

A total of 18 teams will be participating from throughout the Pee Dee Region, including Lake View, Dillon, Latta, Lee County, Hartsville, and Turbeville. The tournament is single elimination.

The Dillon County RALI group will be operating the concession stand. All proceeds raised will go to the operation of the clinic.
