The Dillon Wildcats wrapped up their regular season of soccer last week with wins over Marion and Andrews.
On Monday, May 2, the Wildcats traveled to Marion for their last Region 8-2A game of the season, defeating the Swamp Foxes 3-1. The win gives Dillon an 8-2 region record for a second place finish behind the undefeated Waccamaw Warriors.
On Wednesday, May 4, Dillon hosted Andrews for a 6-1 win in non-conference play. Dillon’s overall record improved to 13-7 for the season.
Dillon was the number seven seed in the Lower State and will host Wade Hampton tonight at 6:00 p.m. Wade Hampton was the number 10 seed and finished the season with a 12-8 overall record and a 4-4 record in Region 5-2A.
