First Bank has promoted Assistant Branch Manager Cindy Phillips to Assistant Vice President.
A First Bank team member for 15 years, Phillips has been serving as assistant manager of the bank’s Dillon location.
“Cindy has been a natural leader here at First Bank from day one, and we are happy to honor her continued hard work,” said Senior Vice President and Regional Executive Charlie Vance. “Cindy loves working with the Dillon community, and they in turn love coming into the branch to do their banking with her and her team.”
A native of Marion County, Phillips graduated from Mullins High School. She also has completed the Principles of Banking course at the Southwest Regional Academy of International Business in Florence.
Phillips and her husband Charles currently reside in Mullins. They have two children, Mandy Godbolt and Cecily Taylor.
