Services for Daniel Lee Hyatt will be held Tuesday at 2:00 P.M. in Pleasant Grove Baptist Church with burial in Greenlawn Cemetery. Visitation is 7-9 P.M. Monday in Cooper Funeral Home. Mr. Hyatt, 92, died Friday January 21, 2011 in McLeod Medical Center in Dillon. Born in Dillon County November 20, 1918, he was the son of the late Daniel Hyatt and Rachel Lee Hyatt. He was the widow of the late Betty Hardwick Hyatt and was a member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church. Survivors include his daughter, Rachel Marilyn (Leon) Sawyer of Huntersville, N.C.; son, Terry Lee Hyatt of Atlanta, GA.; grandsons, Jonathan Sawyer and Brandon Sawyer; numerous neices and nephews.
