Food Lion To Unveil Newly Remodeled Store On Wednesday

Food Lion will unveil its newly remodeled store in the Dillon, S.C., located at 205 Radford Blvd., with a ribbon-cutting ceremony 8 a.m. Wednesday, January 19, 2011.

Customers will experience a fresh look in the produce department with new cases, tables and lighting. They will also be able to enjoy new flooring and décor throughout the store. The remodeling work is designed to give stores more space to provide a greater selection of products.

“Food Lion is excited about the remodel,” said Store Manager Robert Godshall. “This is an effort to better serve our customers, and these changes will offer an enhanced shopping experience in addition to our great prices and neighborly service for our shoppers in Dillon.”

Customers attending tomorrow’s ribbon-cutting event will be able to participate in door prize drawings, food item sampling and activities for children. Dillon officials are also slated to attend the event.
