Libby’s Recipes: Crockpot Roast

This recipe is one that is in my crockpot for the first time as I write this.  You may want to hold off until next week to try it- I’ll let you know how it turns out!

Crockpot Roast
3-4 pound beef roast
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can (14-oz.) beef broth
salt & pepper

Salt and pepper roast.  Place in greased slow cooker.  Mix soups and broth and pour over roast.  Cook on high 4-6 hours or on low 8-10 hours.
