Former Dillon Resident To Sing Movie’s Theme Song

The production and shooting for the movie, “Ten,” is ongoing. Due to new relocations and production delays, the movie will take a little longer than anticipated. “Cast and crew are confident about the wonderful outcome of the movie. When it wraps up,” states Timmy Dee, who plays the character Steven Yates in the film. Also, Timmy had presented a song to the producer and director of the film, Todd Cannon. Cannon, as well as the star and screenwriter of the movie, Michael Tisdale, like the song, and told Timmy that the song would be the theme song for the movie. Timmy will be going into the recording studio in the next couple of weeks and record the song. The name of the song is “Night Before Day.” The song was written back in 1998. “And although the song wasn’t written for ‘Ten,’ I had come across it when I was going over some old material I had written and thought the song would be perfect for the movie,” states Dee. Timmy is also working on a short film at this time entitled, “13 Miles to Hell” in which Timmy plays the character “Willie.” This film will be presented to potential investors for possible production consideration. The movie is a thriller. Timmy is a former Dillon County resident. His mother, Mrs. Lena Commedo, still lives in Dillon.
