A man was found laying by his car in a yard on Blackwell Avenue in Little Rock on July 24th, according to a report by Sgt. Dewitt Coleman of the Dillon County Sheriff’s Office.
The man was unconscious and bleeding from the mouth. The man has been identified as Hector Benjamin McLean, 56, of Little Rock.
Investigator Shannon Grainger was called to the scene. Also at the scene were Deputies Glenn Coates, James McDaniels, Melvin Lee, Troy Jones, and Tash Pettway.
