Rev. Dr. Amanda Kay Taylor, 34, of Post Oak Road, Ocean Isle Beach, NC died Thursday, July 22, 2010 in the New Hanover Regional Medical Center.
Ms. Taylor was born January 16, 1976 in Scotland County, NC to Robert Charles and Elizabeth Rowland Taylor. She was a volunteer CPR and First Aid Instructor for the American Red Cross in Myrtle Beach, SC; and enjoyed making flower arrangements.
Surviving are her father Robert Charles Taylor and mother Elizabeth Taylor and her uncle and aunt, Tom and Margaret Rowland, of Dillon, SC. Funeral services will be conducted Sunday, July 25, 2010 at 4:00 PM in the Brunswick Funeral Service Chapel by the Reverend Landis Lancaster. Burial will be Monday, July 26, 2010 at 10:00 AM in the Rowland Cemetery, Robeson County, NC.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
