Bond has been set on Dillon’s Mayor Pro-Tem Randolph Gurley. Gurley has been charged with criminal domestic violence of a high and aggravated nature. The judge set a $5,000 personal recognizance (PR) bond on Gurley. Gurley was arrested early Thursday afternoon. His court date was set as September 2nd at the Dillon County Courthouse.
