The Dillon County Council held a workshop recently to iron out the details of the public-private partnership ordinance.
Also in attendance were Rep. Jackie Hayes, former County Administrator Charles Curry, and Bo McInnis. Wording and other issues were discussed. The third reading of the ordinance is expected to be held at the next regular council meeting.
